Genuine 1959 Austin Mini Seven.
Built 13/11/59 and registered on 1/12/59 in Devon.
V5 and original log book.
Original registration number 205DTT.
Original Tartan red with grey fleck and red interior.
Replacement engine fitted in 1969 (Gold seal I think).
Car taken off road in 1984 showing a mileage of 16,627 (as shown on last MOT) and dry stored since.
Whilst still very sound in most areas and very good interior the car has not been started for over 5 years and is in need of restoration.

1960 brass top rad in good condition.
Pair of new master cylinders – brake and clutch from Mini spares.
One original zinc coated master cylinder.
Pair of ‘rusty’ but original 1959 screw top master cylinders. The
cylinders are free but they need a total refurbish and the tank on one needs re soldering.  They both have good screw tops.
Pair of good stainless steel bumpers.
One original 1959 Lucas head lamp.

Early December 1959 shell, chassis number high 8000’s (Verified by the Register).
Shot blasted and primed in red oxide, all original including floors, sills and “A” panels.
Saved from being modified into some kind of racing car, battery, radiator and webber has cut outs.
Would be ideal to restore an earlier 1959 basket case and save someone a fortune in repairs, was going to restore it to a concours car but my plans have changed.
